Teeth Whitening Offer – Terms and Conditions
Eligibility
This offer is available to both new and existing patients of The Willows Dental Practice.
Patients must be aged 18 or over to receive teeth whitening treatment.
Offer Details
Existing patients: The offer includes a pre-whitening scale and polish prior to whitening treatment.
New patients: The offer includes a 15-minute initial consultation and assessment to confirm suitability for teeth whitening.
New patients do not receive a scale and polish as part of this offer.
Deposit for New Patients
A non-refundable £60 deposit is required at the time of booking for new patients.
This £60 will be deducted from the total teeth whitening cost of £349 if you are deemed suitable and proceed with treatment.
If you are found not suitable for whitening following your consultation, the £60 will cover the cost of your assessment appointment.
Suitability for Treatment
All whitening treatments are subject to a clinical assessment by one of our dental professionals.
Whitening treatment will only proceed if the dentist confirms that you are clinically suitable.
If you are not suitable for whitening, alternative treatment options may be discussed.
Booking and Availability
This offer is bookable from 1st November to 31st December 2025.
Whitening treatment must be started by 28th February 2026.
Appointments are subject to availability and must be booked directly with The Willows Dental Practice.
Payment and Pricing
The total cost of teeth whitening under this offer is £349.
